This should be a fascinating talk by Mike Highfield about the traditions surrounding this local beverage especially for us who live in the heart of the cider apple growing and cider making countryside. Am I pushing it to hope that Mike may bring along some samples? Probably, but I'm sure he will have many interesting stories to share with us.
